NON-CDL Truck Driver 26Ft Box Truck (OTR)

We are seeking a reliable, serious and experienced Driver to join our team for an opportunity for an experienced Non CDL Driver for local and OTR loads Driving a 26ft box Truck with lift gate with at-least 2-3 + Years Experience that is proficient and knowledgeable in trucking with a track record for safety with; no DUI and no accidents. Muse be well versed in DOT compliances, Truck Height clearances, Proper Fueling (Running out of fuel is a big No No, you would be expected to refuel Diesel only unless instructed otherwise at your last quarter of fuel) lift gate operation, LoadIng docks, loading and unloading with pallet jacks and hand truck, securing loads, Log books, ELD’s, weigh stations, commercial traffic ordinances, traffic signs, a basic overall knowledge of Diesel Truck Maintenance including checking oil, bleeding air tanks, checking fluid levels etc and Pre-Trip checks, and keep track of any issues with the truck and notify management immediately. This is your truck to operate to ensure that it keeps on rolling in your favor. You’re expected to know how to operate Pallet Jack and liftgate safely. Must have a Strict knowledge of parkway restrictions !!!!!!! NO PARKWAYS and NO LOW BRIDGES !!!!! Also can easily maneuver and back up a 26ft Box truck. Can follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely deliveries, Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in good working condition, Save all receipts and Toll tickets is a MUST!!!! (And report any tickets that may be received). Maintain accurate records of deliveries and all BOL’s are a must for each delivery and maintain consistent communication with dispatch and management when necessary. Also must have a Working up to date and capable Mobile device to be able to download ELD, and apps such as MacroPoint and able to Use Google Maps and pre plan all of your routes to avoid parkways, low bridges and roads that may be troublesome while operating the truck. Safety is a must and your first priority; driving in most weather conditions is standard and safety and being careful is paramount and should always check and triple check YOUR MIRRORS, Please NO accidents!!!!!!!!! NO speeding, if you cannot easily maneuver these types of trucks please do no apply!

Pay starts at around an average of $75 per load, more loads means more pay. Driver Must be Willing to travel OTR and or North Eastern Region (other regions can be discussed) and operate on the road M-F and off weekends; some routes may be home daily. Also if willing to work weekends or out for two weeks or more at a time that can be arranged.
