Position Summary : (MALIN+GOETZ) is looking for a creative, motivated Marketing Manager to add to its creative team. As a Marketing Manager at (MALIN+GOETZ), you’ll serve as the go-to expert on the North American luxury beauty landscape, translating consumer insights, market trends, and cultural moments into impactful, integrated campaigns. You’ll manage initiatives from concept through execution and post-launch analysis, ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive, elevated, and true to our brand.You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Communications, Digital, Creative, E-commerce, and Retail to bring campaigns to life across channels. From crafting compelling messaging to refining go-to-market calendars and optimizing performance, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up and connects with consumers.

Campaign Strategy + Execution
- Serves as the subject matter expert on the North American luxury beauty market, with deep knowledge of consumer behavior, retail and digital channels, and category trends.
- Leads end-to-end execution of North America amplification strategies with a focus on top-of-funnel brand awareness.
- Identifies brand growth opportunities and emerging consumer trends; conducts post-launch performance analyses to extract actionable insights and inform future initiatives.
- Develops and manages integrated rollout calendars to align messaging, asset delivery, and go-to-market timing across all relevant channels.
- Leverages North American amenities programs (e.g., fitness studios, hotels, restaurants) to increase brand exposure and local engagement.
- Assists Director with North American PR agency relationship, ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, culturally relevant, and guided by clearly defined KPIs.
- Assists in development of global brand copy for new launches, re-promote campaigns, and always-on storytelling- including taglines and key messaging- ensuring alignment with overall brand and campaign strategy.
- Partners with regional marketing and communications teams to review and adapt messaging for local markets, ensuring it is culturally relevant, aligned with brand standards, and consistently executed across global consumer touchpoints. Shares key insights and updates with HQ stakeholders.
- Collaborates closely with digital and e-commerce teams to ensure brand messaging is cohesive across owned channels, including email marketing, landing pages, and product detail pages, driving a seamless consumer journey from awareness to conversion.
- Leads the development and management of campaign launch toolkits, ensuring adherence to SOPs and consistent execution across cross-functional teams-including Communications, Digital, Creative, and Free-Standing Stores- to strengthen brand equity and share of voice.
- Identifies opportunities to optimize workflows, drive efficiencies, and scale best practices; delivers recommendations to senior leadership.
- Partners with the HQ stakeholders (brand team) to refine global-to-local processes, tools, and playbooks to ensure excellence and consistency in market execution.
- Partners with global teams to review campaign performance, delivering strategic post-launch insights to inform future campaign planning.
- Defines and refines KPIs to assess brand impact, engagement, and commercial effectiveness.
- Independently manages campaign budgets, ensuring alignment with business priorities through strategic allocation, optimization, and reporting.

- 5-7 years of experience bringing brands to life in the digital space. A solid understanding of UX principles and best practices.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS.
- Exceptional planning ahead and time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in articulating and presenting creative ideas and strategies.
- Experience designing paid social media advertisements (organic alone does not qualify).
- Experience in responsive layout, color, and typography and can build a unique home for brands on screens.
- The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000.
- The New York corporate office is hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days work from home).
