Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Remote

Job Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) to provide telehealth psychotherapy services to healthcare professionals. In this role, you will support medical first responders by offering high-quality mental health care via telemedicine.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions via telemedicine.

Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique challenges healthcare workers face.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

Collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to enhancing mental well-being in the medical community.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must hold an active LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD license in the state of New York.

Minimum two years of clinical experience providing therapy to individuals.

Experience working with healthcare professionals or first responders.

Willingness to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge with a diverse team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills with sensitivity to diverse communication styles.

Experience using telehealth platforms or online video communication tools.

Proficiency in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).

Familiarity with clinical assessment tools (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
