Opportunity:
As a Production Associate you will follow procedures to organize and manage production processes using various tools and equipment. Follow safety and maintenance procedures, verify components, and record work order information. Willingness to cross-train and assist other departments based on business needs.
Pay: $18 per hour ($1.25 per hour shift premium for 3rd shift)
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1st shift) & 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM (3rd shift)
Overtime available
Responsibilities:
- Follow standard work procedures and job expectations under supervision.
- Participate in improvement activities and support problem-solving efforts.
- Operate equipment as trained and follow safety protocols at all times.
- Understand machine operation requirements to avoid negative impact on production.
- Support department goals related to capacity, volume, and customer satisfaction.
- Learn how operations contribute to data, technology, and organizational performance.
- Follow defined reaction plans to prevent injury or product damage.
- Collaborate with peers to ensure compliance with customer and safety requirements.
- Identify and help prevent potential hazards in the work environment.
Your Contributions:
