Responsibilities
- Consultative Solution Alignment: Engage with clients to understand their unique business challenges and objectives. Apply a consultative selling approach to recommend tailored Salesforce solutions, drawing on your expertise in Life Sciences, Medtech, and/or Healthcare to deliver measurable business impact
- Industry Trend Integration: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital strategies. Proactively integrate these insights into client solutions, ensuring our offerings remain innovative and relevant in a rapidly evolving marketplace
- Strategic Sales Forecasting: Partner closely with the SVP of Sales to forecast and model team performance across vertical territories and quotas. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive sustainable growth
- Go-To-Market Leadership: Collaborate with alliances and the Salesforce channel to design and execute a robust Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. Foster joint business development initiatives that expand our reach and accelerate revenue growth
- Performance Optimization: Assess sales activities across accounts and capture teams, identifying opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices to optimize team performance, enhance client satisfaction, and achieve ambitious sales targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales and/or alliances within Salesforce Services required
- 7+ years in enterprise technology and the channel ecosystem, with a proven track record in Solution Integration (SI) sales and partner ecosystems
- Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated success in managing relationships, driving business development, and overseeing pipeline and sales processes
- Self-motivated, independent worker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding goals
- Collaborative, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embraces flexibility
- Willingness to travel as needed (~25%) to engage with clients and partners

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $140,000 - $223,000. In addition, the details highlighted in this job posting above are a general description of all other expected benefits and compensation for the position.
