Job Summary
Th e Storekeeper is responsible for executing product and material handling activities within the warehouse in compliance with established policies, procedures, and QHSE standards. This role ensures accurate receipt, inspection, storage, movement, and issuance of materials while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
Job Description
- Perform warehouse operations including receiving, inspecting, labeling, storing, picking, packing, issuing, disposal, and cycle counting of inventory items.
- Accept supplier deliveries; verify materials against packing lists and purchase orders; report discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure outgoing materials are properly packed and accompanied by accurate documentation.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards in warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory counts.
- Support kitting and Kanban point-of-use replenishment initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve local inventory and warehouse issues as directed by the Supervisor.
- Optimize warehouse bin locations to improve efficiency and safety.
- Operate forklift and pallet jack (upon completion of required training and certification).
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and delivery drivers.
- Comply with all company policies, including personnel and QHSE standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Shift: 1st shift: 8:00 A M to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday, weekends as needed
S kills Required
- 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Proficiency in general warehouse duties (receiving, picking, packing, inventory management).
- Forklift operation experience and certification required.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with customers and drivers.
- Strong physical capability with a commitment to safety and attention to detail.
Education
- Highschool diploma or GED
Pay Rate
- $21 - $23 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)

- NEST Training required
- Training period of 30-90 days
- PPE Provided: Hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, coveralls, safety boots
