ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Interacts with all customers in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
• Knowledgeable of inventory on hand, drink mechanics, and drink pricing.
• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for customers of the bar and dining room adhering to house recipes.
• Responsible for bar set up. Maintains daily par levels for all beverages and service items..
• Accurately accounts for all sales, discounts and promotions in the P.O.S. system according to company cash handling procedures.
• Responsible for cleanliness of the bar area and glassware.
• Understands the entire food menu including ingredients, substitution options and allergens.
• Receive and serve food orders to guests.
• Complies with state alcohol servers’ requirements.
• Demonstrate positive, interpersonal skills with guests and co-workers.
• Function as a supportive team member during the course of their shift.
• The position requires regular, reliable attendance.

This position requires daytime hours, evening hours and weekends with FULL and PART TIME AVAILABILITY.
