Please come to our OPEN CALL- THURSDAY, MARCH 26th from 1pm-3pm at 335 Columbus Ave Experienced Bartender – High-Volume NYC Restaurant EXPERIENCED BARTENDERS ONLY. This open call is for bartenders with solid bar experience. If you’re just starting out, this one’s not for you—but we’d love to connect in the future. Looking for experienced bartenders who takes pride in the craft, understand true hospitality, and thrive as part of a team. This role is for someone who can deliver exceptional drinks and exceptional guest experiences—consistently, calmly, and professionally. What You’ll Do Execute classic and contemporary cocktails with speed, accuracy, and consistency Deliver warm, polished hospitality to guests at the bar and throughout the dining room Work seamlessly with servers, support staff, and management during high-volume service Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar at all times Uphold NYC service standards, safety, and responsible alcohol service What We’re Looking For Proven bartending experience in a high-volume or quality-driven restaurant or bar Strong product knowledge (spirits, cocktails, beer, wine and food) A genuine understanding that hospitality is about people, not just drinks Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset Ability to stay composed, focused, and gracious under pressure Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive pay A respected, well-established restaurant environment A supportive team culture that values professionalism and collaboration If you take your work seriously, respect the team around you, and know how to make guests feel welcome without the ego, we’d love to meet you.
