MEDICAL adjunctS,Hometown Health Centers is Hiring for Locations in Schenectady and Amsterdam!
Hometown Health Centers with medical offices in Schenectady and Amsterdam, New York is seeking qualified Medical adjuncts to work collaboratively with the patient care teams to support ursing and patient care needs within his/her scope of practice. The medical adjunct will work a flexible schedule as necessary to support clinical operations. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Completion of an accredited medical adjunct training program and documented certification as a certified medical adjunct or prosperous completion of higher level nursing program is desired.
tasks:
* Verifies patient information by interviewing patient; recording medical history; confirming purpose of visit.
* Prepares patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests; taking blood pressure, weight, and temperature; reporting patient history summary.
