WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• 
  Serve as brand category & cocktail expert across 3 Agave Brands. Leveraging our brands in market and achieving a defined set of KPIS
• Strengthen category leadership by obtaining menu placements and feature placements in 50 influential accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with TEAM leadership, local commercial team, and brand team to deliver and execute brand plans through various brand and sales activities.
• Manage and collaborate with on-premise & retail partners developing creative solutions to help drive business and growth for our brands.
• Generate awareness for 3 Agave Brands by educating bartenders in the on-trade channel including key customers by bringing to life brand programs (e.g. social media, events, happy hours, trainings, dinners, etc.).
• Focus on education and engagement around the 3 Agave Brands to help drive recommendation.
• Actively use social media to drive trade and consumer engagement in a creative and organic way.
• Gather information from the market, social media, and competition and transform this information into insights and opportunities for the brand.
• Lead projects and present disruptive ideas that put the brands at a competitive advantage and highest return on investment.
• Deliver education and engagement brand programming that connects to on-trade & key customers.

WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD:

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have Bartender and/or Hospitality management experience.
• Bar manager/beverage director/on premise consultant experience and/or 5+ years of work experience in the hospitality industry.
• Preferred brand ambassador experience and/or experience as a brand consultant.
• Expertise & passion in the hospitality industry and competition in your respective brand category.
• Passionate, self-motivated, creative, responsible
• Proactive communicator
• Comfortable speaking to small groups and being seen as an expert
• Great with people; from bartenders to distributors to consumers
• Event management or promotional background is a plus
• Previous experience in sales preferred
• Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador preferred
• Has sound financial skills and experience managing a budget
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Compensation : $90,000 - $95,000
