Helping You Thrive By: - Offering competitive wages and benefits, that support your life both in and out of work- Providing a flexible hybrid work schedule, meaning we expect the office to be your primary place of work, balanced with choice and control- Creating continuous learning opportunities to help you grow and upskill- Fostering a culture of inclusion where employees feel seen, heard and valued - and living it out every day- Empowering you to make a meaningful impact on people and the planet through your work and Steelcase's ongoing commitment You'll Support Meaningful Work By: - Proactively managing comprehensive timelines, deliverables, and communications across internal departments and external partners to ensure every launch is successful.- Architecting launch strategy informed by deep product understanding.- Coordinating interdepartmentally to guide go-to-market strategy and execution.- Continuously adapting launch processes to meet evolving market and internal stakeholder needs.- Serving as an internal consultant for Design, Product Development, Supply Chain, Sampling, Marketing, and Operations teams.- Stewarding communication, ensuring transparency and alignment between departments at all phases of launch.- Leading with agility in response to shifting priorities.- Navigating ambiguity, mitigate risk, and guide teams through change.- Acting as a resource of knowledge for all things product and product launch process.- Overseeing creation and implementation of physical and digital launch assets, product data, marketing campaigns, and training materials- Driving continuous improvement through strategic problem-solving and innovation * Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in product launch and/or project management in a creative field- Demonstrated ability to lead projects across functional teams and complex timelines- Confident, clear communicator- Interest in software tools and process improvement- Required: Advanced Excel or Smartsheet knowledge (we use Smartsheet) Desired Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or related field, or military equivalent experience- Strong understanding of the A&D customer and commercial interiors industry- Experience with budget tracking and performance metrics- Skilled in strategic planning and hands-on execution- Effective communicator with strong influencing and collaboration skills- Interest in textiles and surface materials Doing better for people and planet Steelcase is a global design and thought leader in the world of work.
