Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

The Manager, Executive Compensation and Stock Administration leads the design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation and equity programs. This role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business strategy and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Compensation:

• Lead the execution of executive compensation strategies, including base pay, annual incentives, and long-term equity programs.

• Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings, including benchmarking, pay-for-performance analysis, and scenario modeling.

• Oversee market research and peer group analysis to inform compensation decisions.

• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and HR on executive agreements, SEC disclosures, and governance matters.

Stock Administration:

• Manage the administration of equity plans, including grant processing, vesting schedules, exercises, and terminations.

• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting through equity platforms - Fidelity

• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead employee education efforts related to equity programs, including executive-level communications.

Leadership & Strategy:

• Drive continuous improvement in compensation and equity processes, systems, and policies.

• Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure program competitiveness and compliance.

• Support executive compensation disclosures, including CD&A, proxy statements, and other filings.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5-7+ years of experience in executive compensation and stock administration, preferably in a public company.

• Strong understanding of SEC regulations, proxy disclosures, and executive pay governance.

• Advanced Excel and data modeling skills; experience with equity platforms and HRIS systems.

• Proven ability to manage projects, lead teams, and influence senior stakeholders.

• Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Subject to change based on Manager discussion or business need.
