About the Role

We’re seeking an Associate Production Manager to support all aspects of apparel production from concept through delivery. This role will partner closely with design, merchandising, logistics, and sourcing teams to ensure timely, cost-effective production that meets brand quality and operational standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

How You’ll Contribute

· Collaborate with design, merchandising, and manufacturing teams to develop production schedules that meet demand forecasts and inventory targets.

· Monitor production timelines, anticipate potential delays, and proactively resolve issues to maintain on-time delivery.

· Manage supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, terms, and production schedules to achieve cost and quality goals.

· Partner with the Product Integrity team to ensure all goods meet internal quality standards and ethical sourcing requirements.

· Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for process optimization without compromising quality or speed.

· Collaborate with management on inventory planning to balance demand, minimize excess stock, and manage aging inventory or liquidation as needed.

· Maintain alignment across cross-functional partners — design, merchandising, logistics, and sales — to ensure production priorities and timelines are met.

· Communicate production status updates and resolve issues efficiently across internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Team

· 3–5 years of experience in apparel production or product development with a strong understanding of sourcing, manufacturing, and calendar management.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both internal teams and global suppliers.

· Familiarity with ethical sourcing practices and sustainability standards in apparel manufacturing is a plus.

· Experience using Blue Cherry ERP or similar production systems preferred.
