PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze requirements/user stories and the design of appropriate software solutions. Configure, code, and test software solutions. Analyze and resolve software application issues and perform root cause analysis. Engage in verbal and written communications with internal business partners and other IT staff. This position is hybrid and will have an onsite requirement.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field. High level of initiative, professionalism, and leadership with strong interpersonal/communications skills. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with moderate-to-strong technical competencies, and the ability to learn a variety of new technologies. Ability to work independently and well-organized within a quickly changing environment, with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in environments utilizing Agile and Kanban methodologies, utilizing SQL, and Microsoft Office suite of applications. 5+ years prior hands-on experience in Software Development and Administration. Experience with best practices in Object Oriented full-stack development tools; Oracle PeopleTools software development technology a plus. Knowledge of business processes and concepts in the areas of Financials (AP, AR, Purchasing, Inventory, GL) or Human Capital Management; PeopleSoft experience a plus.HOW TO APPLY:
