Rehoboth is seeking an energetic person that can help grow our company which includes developing and maintain established accounts relationships with health facilities and other entities such as case managers, hospitals, discharge planners, Assist Living Facilities, Nursing Homes, Day programs, Medical Offices, senior centers, and Community centers.

• Be able to educate and enroll Medicaid eligible patient to in network Managed Long Term Care providers
• Be able to establish and sustain beneficial relationships with Social Adult Day Care programs, caregivers, medical specialist that include social workers, discharge planners and other providers that work with Medicaid Long Term Care patients.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with provider organizations and community organizations where marketing activities are conducted.
• Provide education on Managed Long Term Care features and benefits to consumers, providers, and business partners.
• Be able to provide presentations to Social Adult Day Cares programs physicians offices and rehab facility.
• Be able to stablish and sustain beneficial relationships with Social Adult Day Care programs, caregivers, and medical specialist
• Be able to recognize and implement new marketing opportunities.
• Be able to establish and maintain good working relationships with provider organizations and community organizations where marketing activities are conducted.

Qualification:

• Home care marketing or Business development experience required.
• (2) two years field experience in Home Care or MLTC
• Knowledge of Home Care/Medicaid eligibility
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships
• Should be detail oriented with strong follow up and organizational skills
• Have ability to take initiative and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Be a team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and co-workers

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year Preferred
• Sales: 1 year Preferred
• Home care: 1 year Preferred
• LHCSA Home Care Marketing or Business Development experience

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,379.00 - $90,197.00 per year
