We are seeking a proactive individual who can manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal, and then oversee the subsequent payment collections and reconciliation. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation to expand our client base in the healthcare sector.
- Present, promote, and sell our healthtech solutions to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits.
- Manage the end-to-end payment process, including generating accurate invoices, processing incoming payments, and performing daily financial reconciliations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding billing inquiries, payment issues, and account discrepancies, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, client interactions, and financial transactions within our CRM and accounting systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to streamline processes and report on sales performance and accounts receivable status.
