Senior Administrative Assistant (Clemente Division)

Position Overview:
Assumes responsibility for efficient assistance to the unit director in all areas.
Position Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma/GED required and some college preferred and at least two years secretarial experience or Bachelors Degree. Ability to transcribe dictation from micro cassettes. Pleasant personality. Willingness to learn and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time. Command of English. Efficient and organized. Accurate typing and filing skills. A genuine respect and interest in the well being of children. Computer literate.
