• Create, implement and execute department training, recruiting and innovative pre-shift meetings

• Manage associate engagement, scheduling, payroll, performance management, and monthly department meetings

• Review daily financial and labor reports, adjusting the operation as needed to achieve annual budget and forecasts

• Oversee the arrival and departure experience, ensuring guests expectations are exceeded at all times

• Lead by example; support the department operation and provide direct service to guests as needed

• Deliver on guests' expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments

• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs

Must Haves

• A minimum of three to five years of previous hotel management experience required; luxury experience strongly preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to prepare and analyze data

• Must have intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Physical Requirements

• Grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, bending, and repetitive motions

• Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift

• Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally

The pay scale* for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 per year.
