People Operations Administrator
Position Overview:

As a People Operations Administrator, you'll play a key role in cultivating a positive, productive, and people-first workplace culture across our diverse hospitality portfolio. You will partner with managers, team members, and leadership to ensure People Operations processes are smooth, compliant, and aligned with our core values.
This role is ideal for an Human Resources/People Operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and is passionate about supporting people throughout the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day tasks and projects for the People Operations department.
- Support all People Operations related activities through execution, organization of information and detailed reporting.
Hiring and Onboarding
- Assist in the talent acquisition process, which may include publishing job posts, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Coordinate and conduct reference as required.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees ensuring successful completion of all related compliance tasks and paperwork for payroll.
Payroll
- Review and enter weekly hourly payroll data for accuracy and compliance and prepare upload spreadsheets for payroll processing.
- Complete post payroll administration including but not limited to printing and distributing employee paychecks and proper recordkeeping.
Employee Relations
- Maintain Employee Relations by monitoring voicemails, emails, answering employee questions and concerns, and conducting employee meetings when necessary.
- Maintain and update physical & digital employee records.
- Assist in planning of group-wide meetings from all hands meetings, team trainings and staff events and outings.
People Operations Administration
- Report and maintain employee data, personnel files and any other employee related data through various HRIS systems.
- Complete monthly employee data compliance related tasks.
Bilingual a plus.
