Responsibilities: Manage Service Calls, Accessory Boutique, and Cashier Operations

Position Overview:

The Service Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth service operations by managing service calls, overseeing accessory boutique activities, and handling cashier responsibilities.

This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, a customer-focused approach, and a knack for organization and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Call Management:

• Answer incoming service calls and assist service advisors with customer updates.
• Record and update service requests in the system, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Follow up with customers to confirm service completion and gather feedback.

Accessory Boutique Oversight:

• Manage the display and organization of accessory products to enhance visual appeal.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers to drive sales.
• Track inventory levels, process stock orders, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and boutique-related customer inquiries professionally.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer payments accurately, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
• Balance the cash register daily and prepare transaction summaries.
• Assist customers with billing or payment issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the cashier station.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in service administration, retail, or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in managing calls and using service management software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with retail operations and payment processing systems.

Compensation Range:
