Location: Clarence, NY

Compensation: $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience, with weekly pay and full-time benefits.

A day in this role

You start your day preparing tinting equipment, reviewing online and phone orders, and greeting the early-bird contractors. By mid-morning, you’re mixing a precise color match, guiding a homeowner through product choices, and helping stage an order for pickup. In the afternoon, you tidy displays, restock shelves, ring up customers at the POS, and, when trained, support local delivery runs—always keeping the store ready for the next rush. You report to the Store Manager and are a go-to resource for both retail and contractor customers.

What you’ll handle

• Counter service for retail and wholesale customers—identifying needs and recommending solutions
• Mixing, tinting, and matching paint to exact specifications
• Warehouse tasks: safely moving, loading, unloading, and stocking products
• Order processing via in-person, phone, online, and email requests
• Point-of-sale transactions and accurate cash-out procedures
• Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized store
• Training opportunity to perform local deliveries using company vehicles

Schedule

Full-time day shift within typical store hours:

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Sunday: Closed

What you’ll bring

• Age 18 or older
• A valid, unrestricted driver’s license in your state of residence and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift and carry up to 80 lbs periodically and 50 lbs regularly
• Customer-first mindset, strong teamwork, and a stable work history
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and potential overtime
