Restaurant Drinks Runner
:
Gansevoort Meatpacking Hotel is looking for a Drinks Runner to join our team at Le Coin restaurant. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with bar staff to ensure proper beverage preparation
- Deliver beverages from bar to customers seated at tables in a timely manner
- Ensure the correct order is delivered to the right table and customers
- Lift trays, plates, and glasses in a professional manner
- Deal with customer's questions and complaints
- Refill customer's drinks as per their request
Required Skills/Qualifications:
· 18 years old or older.
· High school diploma or GED.
· Customer Service Skills.
· Communication Skills.
· Training or Experience with Bartending.
· Knowledge of Drink Mixing and Garnishing.
· Positive Attitude and personable demeanor.
· Attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask.
· Ability to function in a noisy, hectic and crowed environment.
· Ability to remain calm under pressure.
· Be a team player and ability to successfully pass on information from one team member to another.
Physical Requirements:
· Able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
· Occasionally kneeling, bending, crouching and climbing are required.
Pay Rate: $11 / hour + tips
Job Type: Part-time
