Overview:
Lead all HR functions for a home care agency, with focus on high-volume caregiver staffing and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment (HHAs, CNAs, nurses, admin)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws & home care regulations
- Manage onboarding, training, and retention
- Handle employee relations & performance management
- Maintain HR systems, records, and audits
- Partner with leadership on workforce strategy
Requirements:
- 5+ years HR leadership (home care/healthcare preferred)
- Strong compliance & high-volume staffing experience
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
Preferred:
- EVV/HRIS experience
- SHRM or PHR certification
