- Supporting the implementation of human-centered design principles to address user needs effectively

- Engaging in the iterative process of design development through prototyping, testing, and feedback
- Utilizing design tools and methodologies to create intuitive and functional user interfaces (UI) and experiences (UX)
- Assisting in the preparation and presentation of design concepts to stakeholders and clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients to support project success and personal growth What You Must Have - Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements What Sets You Apart - Preference for one of the following field(s) of study: Design,Graphic Design,Computer Graphics,Visual Communication,Digital Communications and Media/Multimedia,Computer Engineering,Computer and Information Science,Management Information Systems,Information Technology
- Preference for a 3.3 overall GPA

The salary range for this position is: $61,000 - $100,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
