Our client, a reliable and busy manufacturing company located near New Paltz, NY, is seeking Machine Operators and adjuncts to assist them in their warehouse. The Machine Operators and adjuncts will be working as part of a team to help operate, adjust, load and repair machinery.


The right candidate will be cross trained on different machines and tasks. The more you know, the more valuable you are as an employee! practice working on your own vehicle or mechanical background is a plus!


The prosperous Machine Operators must:

»Be able to read a tape measure

»Be able to stand and/or bend for long periods of time

»Be able to lift up to 50 pounds

»Have a strong mechanical aptitude and good math expertise


tasks may include:

»Setting up and running high speed manufacturing equipment

»Monitor and control machines on a everyday basis

»Adjust machine parts as needed to ensure proper speed, pressure and amount of material for quality production

»Make sure the work environment remains uncluttered, clean and well-maintained to ensure safety


This is a temp to hire opportunity with a company that is a family environment and looking to promote from within.

Hours: 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm or 2nd shift, 3:30pm-12am
Training will occur on 1st shift, 7:00am-3:30pm and will last anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks depending on the individual.



Pay: $17-$20 per hour, depending on practice
