As a Luxury Experience Planner, youll consult with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and lifestyle, then research, coordinate, and manage every detail to deliver unforgettable, white-glove experiences from start to finish.

What Youll Do

• Conduct virtual consultations to understand client preferences, goals, and budget
• Design customized luxury travel and experience proposals
• Research high-end accommodations, exclusive tours, private transfers, and premium amenities
• Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and special requests
• Manage timelines, itineraries, and client communication
• Provide proactive, concierge-level customer service before, during, and after travel
• Maintain detailed records and ensure smooth execution of every experience
