OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Buffalo, NY by HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Operate long-haul dry van lanes for HMD Trucking out of Buffalo, NY, moving freight nationwide with an emphasis on safety, on-time delivery and professional driver standards.
What you'll do:
- Run OTR routes averaging around 2,500 miles per week while complying with DOT hours-of-service and electronic logging.
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections, secure loads, and complete delivery paperwork.
- Coordinate with dispatch and report maintenance needs to our in-house support team.
Drivers run modern tractors (under 3 years) with APUs, inverters and sleepers. Competitive mileage pay starts at 65 CPM. CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience required. Bonuses, scheduled home time and full benefits round out the opportunity.
