Bar Grazie in Massapequa Park is looking for an experienced Pizzaiolo to join our fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen! If you take pride in crafting great pizza, work well under pressure, and love being part of a strong kitchen crew, we want to meet you.
Position Requirements:
- Experience working with pizza ovens (brick oven experience preferred).
- Ability to stretch dough and build pizzas efficiently.
- Strong multitasking skills in a high-volume environment.
- Weekend availability required.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking pizzas to Bar Grazie standards.
- Managing dough, toppings, and prep stations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Working closely with the kitchen team during service.
