These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity
As part of the Workday Human Capital team you are expected to streamline HR policies, practices, and processes while transforming the HR organization to be more productive in managing human capital. As a Senior Associate you are responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigating increasingly complex situations to deliver quality work.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience
- Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably Payroll and/or engagement manager certification

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
