Mechanic Responsibilities:

»Repair trucks, forklifts, cars, and other company machinery as needed.

»Perform general maintenance tasks to keep the plant facilities in optimal condition.

»Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet state safety requirements.

»Carry out preventative maintenance to minimize vehicle downtime.

»Maintain necessary mechanical certifications.

»Operate electric and hydraulic tools, forklifts, pallet jacks, and light trucks/automobiles.

Mechanic Qualifications required

»High School Diploma or equivalent.

»Previous mechanical practice demonstrating a strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.

» capability to prepare written repair orders daily.

»Basic computer skills.

»Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
