POSITION OVERVIEW
»Participate as a leader in meetings related to the provision of mental health services to children and their families.»Manage the everyday operations of the Day Treatment Program. Create a positive work environment in which staff are empowered, respected, valued, and practice their function in fulfilling the agency mission.
»Coordinate policy and program planning activities with other agency staff.
»Participate in Executive Educational leadership abilities Team.
»Participate in CANS implementation meetings.
»Participate in Day Treatment/NHS management and organizational planning meetings.
»Provide consultation to intra-agency service providers and to community service providers.
»Maintain liaisons with community Mental health and local school districts regarding mental health services.
»Provide steady oversight of the program while participating in transformational efforts for this program as NRFS plans for services to be carved into managed care.
