We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated accounting office professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications:
· Basic math skills.
· Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Prior office or clerical experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Sorts and delivers all mail whether interoffice or external and delivers to the appropriate recipient.
· Prepares, applies postage, and bundles mail for the postal service.
· Scans deals and other documents for the purpose of archiving.
· May include participating in receptionist coverage at the front desk.
· Maintains up to date filing for accounts payable and/or other areas.
· Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
