Day Camp Director
We’re hiring a Day Camp Director for Summer 2026!
At Advantage Tennis Clubs, we believe summer camp should be more than childcare — it should be an environment where kids build confidence, friendships, curiosity, and lifelong memories. For nearly 50 years, Advantage has helped young people in New York City develop new skills through tennis, recreation, and creative play. Many members of our team have been with us for decades, and that family-centered culture shows up in how we serve our campers and develop our staff.
This summer, we’re seeking a Day Camp Director to lead our Advantage Day Camp at Wagner Middle School (Upper East Side) . The Director will set the tone for camp culture, design meaningful programming, guide counselors and specialists, and ensure every camper feels seen, safe, and excited to be here each day.
