Retail Product Manager
Job Title: Retail Product Manager Location: Long Island City, NY (Hybrid role)
Position Type: Long-term Contract
: We are seeking a Retail Product Manager to join our team in Long Island City, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with expertise in retail products such as mortgages, cards, and other banking products. The role will involve managing and developing retail products, including derivatives, wholesale loans, commercial deposits, SFT and collateral, securities and debt, cash, and inter company transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Manage the entire product life cycle from concept to launch
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
- Monitor and analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the banking industry
- Strong understanding of retail banking products and services
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Contract
Salary: Up to $45.00 per hour
