Property Management Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a Property Management Administrative Assistant to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a preliminary review of all applications and lease renewals
- Review and prepare billing statements monthly
- Organize and screen board packages
- Light filing - digital and paper
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with residential and commercial and leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 3+ years working in real estate
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Experience with Office365 Suite
- Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
