income: $60,000 - $85,000 (income range located on practice)
Are you an organized and motivated individual with a passion for dental care? We are pursuing a Dental Office Front End Manager to join our team in New Windsor, NY. This is a direct hire position in a fast-paced dental office environment. If you have practice managing the front desk operations, possess excellent communication expertise, and thrive in a busy setting, we want to hear from you!

Dental Office Front End Manager General Requirements:

»Previous practice in dental office management or front desk supervision is essential.

»Proficiency with Dentrix software and practice with multi-practice management systems is required.

»Excellent interpersonal and communication expertise.

»Strong organizational abilities to manage a busy office.

» leadership abilities expertise to motivate and train front desk staff.

» expertise of dental billing, insurance processes, and financial transactions.

» capability to handle patient inquiries and ensure a positive patient practice.

Dental Office Front End Manager Responsibilities:

» supervise the front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out, insurance verification, and ensuring a smooth patient practice.

»Coordinate with the dental team to optimize the schedule and manage patient flow efficiently.

»Utilize Dentrix and multi-practice practice to manage patient records and maintain accurate data.

»Lead and motivate front desk staff, providing training and support as needed.

»Handle patient inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer service.

»Assist with billing, insurance claims, and financial transactions.

»Collaborate with the office manager and dental professionals to enhance office efficiency.

Office Hours (not necessarily the schedule for the candidate):

»Monday: 9am-6pm

»Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30am-6:30pm

»Friday: 9am-3pm

»Saturday: 8am-2pm
