Sous Chef
ABOUT US:
The Wild and Kitchen & Coffee are two vibrant dining establishments that share a 100% gluten-free kitchen. Kitchen & Coffee offers a vegetarian menu with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and artisan coffee in a warm, relaxed atmosphere. The Wild, with its Japanese and French inspired menu, provides a dynamic and eclectic dining experience, including select meat and fish items and craft cocktails in a lively, colorful environment.
Our commitment to excellence shines through in our high-quality, beautifully crafted plates that showcase seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. We work closely with Titusville Farm, our sister farm in Lagrange, as well as other regional farms to source the freshest produce and eggs. This collaboration allows us to highlight and celebrate the rich agriculture of the Hudson Valley, bringing the best of local farming to every dish we serve.
Both restaurants are part of a larger community space, with a social club on the second floor for events and gatherings, and a wellness center on the third floor offering yoga, meditation, and wellness workshops. We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional food, beverages, and community experiences. If you thrive in a collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you!
