Grill Cook
We are fast-growing cafe and kitchen concept in Brooklyn combining grill, sushi, pizza and desserts under one brand.
We are looking for a Grill Cook who understands temperature control, timing, and consistency, and can perform confidently during peak hours.
1. Operate the grill station during service (meats, chicken, vegetables)
2. Cook for presentation standards
3. Follow recipes and plating standards consistently
4. Prepare and portion portion ingredients before service
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station
6. Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
7. Assist with prep and restocking during slower periods ________________ Requirements
1. Previous experience as a Grill Cook or Line Cook
2. Understanding of grill temperatures, searing, and resting times
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
4. Strong sense of timing and multitasking
5. Team-oriented mindset and professional attitude
