Seeking a dynamic Clinical Manager to lead an inpatient addiction treatment program. The role involves supervising a growing team of counselors and peers, overseeing clinical operations, and driving data-informed improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage clinical staff
• Provide clinical supervision and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Analyze performance metrics and implement quality improvements
• Collaborate with leadership and medical teams on care delivery
• Develop and manage program budgets and policies
• Participate in compliance, training, and strategic planning initiatives

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree preferred (Counseling, Social Work, or related field)
• Licensure accepted: MSW, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, CASAC
• 3–5 years of addiction treatment experience (inpatient preferred)
• 2+ years in a leadership role (manager/supervisor level acceptable)
• Strong tech skills and ability to run reports
• Passionate, growth-oriented, and data-driven
