Responsibilities
- Manage invasive and noninvasive ventilation, including ventilation initiation, weaning, and troubleshooting high-pressure alarms
- Provide routine medication delivery, trach care, suctioning, and pulmonary hygiene
- Deliver noninvasive support such as BiPAP, CPAP, HFNC, trach collar, and T-piece therapy
- Perform airway management tasks including oral/nasal airways and tracheostomy care/suctioning
- Promote safety and clinical care for patients while occasionally caring for COVID-19 patients; may perform occasional EKGs after hours
- Document patient care and interventions in Epic; support care coordination across ICU, ED, Med/Surg, Pediatrics, and newborn stabilization as needed

Requirements
- New York state RT license in hand prior to submission
- ACLS, BLS, CRT, NRP certifications
- Minimum 1 year RT experience; community hospital experience required
- Epic charting experience required
- First-time travelers accepted
- Trauma Level I experience preferred
