Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in FPGA and firmware development
- Proven leadership skills in managing engineering teams and projects
- Expertise in FPGA firmware design, digital system design, and radio communication applications
- Strong ability to manage resources, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of FPGA development processes and best practices
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with wireless communication system hardware
- Familiarity with secure communication protocols and standards
- Experience in creating cost estimates and project scheduling
- Knowledge of embedded system development
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or higher preferred)
- 8+ years of relevant FPGA and firmware development experience
- Demonstrated leadership in a technical environment, with experience managing teams and projects
Other Requirements:
- Ability to achieve a US Security Clearance
- Willingness to work in collaborative, fast-paced project environments
