We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Rochester, New York, on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will excel in providing support for daily office operations, managing communications, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to handling diverse responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to inbound calls, ensuring attentive and courteous communication.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
• Support daily administrative functions within the office, including scheduling and correspondence.
• Act as the first point of contact by handling receptionist duties and greeting visitors.
• Assist with leasing coordination and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain and organize office files, documents, and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and problem resolution.
• Prepare reports and documentation as needed to support operational requirements.
• Provide consistent support to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle receptionist duties with professionalism.
• Familiarity with office operations and procedures.
• Experience in leasing coordination or similar duties is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with standard office software, such as Microsoft Office.
