Highsnobiety Head of Creative Services

Highsnobiety
New York, NY
The Head of Creative Services at Highsnobiety will spearhead the development of culturally relevant, creatively ambitious work across brand partnerships, content, social, and experiential. This role is responsible for overseeing our creative teams and shaping how brands show up through the Highsnobiety lens - translating audience behavior, cultural insight, and strategic thinking into breakthrough creative ideas.

Working closely with strategy, editorial, sales, production, social, and activation teams, the Head of Creative Services will oversee integrated campaigns from pitch through execution. From branded content and editorial storytelling to live experiences and social-first formats, this role will help define the next generation of Highsnobiety's creative output while mentoring and leading a multidisciplinary creative team.

YOUR MISSION:
  • Creative Leadership & Vision: Lead the creative development of integrated campaigns across content, social, experiential, editorial, and branded storytelling. Ensure all work feels culturally relevant, strategically sharp, and distinctly Highsnob.
  • Concept Development: Oversee the ideation and execution of breakthrough creative concepts for brand partners - spanning everything from social-first content series and editorial franchises to experiential activations and cultural moments.
  • Pitch Leadership & New Business: Lead the creative development for major partnership pitches and proactive opportunities. Craft compelling narratives and presentation materials that translate strategic insights into bold, sellable ideas.
  • Team Management & Mentorship: Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team of creatives including art directors, designers, and freelance talent. Foster a collaborative creative culture rooted in curiosity, experimentation, and a strong sense of craft.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with strategy, editorial, production, social, sales, and activation teams to ensure ideas are executed cohesively across all touchpoints and channels.
  • Client Leadership: Serve as a senior creative voice in client conversations and presentations. Build trusted relationships with partners by clearly articulating creative thinking and guiding projects from kickoff through execution.
  • Cultural Fluency & Innovation: Maintain a strong pulse on fashion, music, internet culture, entertainment, sport, design, and emerging creative trends. Bring fresh perspectives and innovative storytelling approaches that keep Highsnobiety at the forefront of culture.
  • Creative Oversight: Provide hands-on oversight throughout the creative process - from initial concepting through production and launch - ensuring a consistently high standard of creative quality and execution.
  • Editorial & Platform Thinking: Champion ideas that feel native to modern media ecosystems. Understand how storytelling differs across editorial, social, experiential, and creator-led environments, and develop concepts designed to travel organically across channels.
  • Business Impact: Help drive growth across the business through strong creative thinking, successful pitches, and culturally resonant work that delivers meaningful results for both clients and Highsnobiety.
YOUR SKILLS:
  • 12+ years of experience in a senior creative role within an agency, media company, creative studio, or brand.
  • Proven experience leading integrated campaigns spanning content, social, experiential, and cultural marketing.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to confidently pitch ideas to senior clients and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of contemporary culture and how audiences engage across platforms.
  • Experience managing and mentoring creative teams across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong conceptual thinker with a portfolio that demonstrates both strategic rigor and creative originality.
  • Ability to balance big-picture creative ambition with fast-moving timelines and evolving business needs.
  • Collaborative leadership style with experience working cross-functionally across strategy, editorial, production, and commercial teams.
  • Passion for storytelling, internet culture, emerging talent, and building ideas that shape conversation.
WHAT WE OFFER:
  • A bright and spacious design office, which reflects our brand and focuses on employee well-being and sustainability, located in the Financial District
  • The opportunity to shape the company and help build a global brand in a motivating, international and diverse work atmosphere
  • High degree of responsibility, creativity, originality, independence and creative autonomy
