Front Server
We are currently hiring full-time Front Servers to join our team.
Open availability is required.
Since 1975, Raoul's has been one of New York City's most respected French restaurants. We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals who are passionate about exceptional service, fine dining, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Requirements- Professional, polished, and punctual demeanor
- 3–5 years of serving experience in reputable New York City restaurants (fine dining experience strongly preferred)
- Strong food and wine knowledge, with the ability to confidently guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful wine pairings
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to perform with poise and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume dining room
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence
- Full-time availability with an open and flexible schedule
- Appreciation for French cuisine, wine, and hospitality culture
- A genuine passion for delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service
