Lease Boss Auto Group is a rapidly growing automotive brokerage specializing in new vehicle sales and leasing. Our business is built on delivering a seamless, client-focused experience while providing access to a wide network of dealerships, competitive pricing, and a high volume of repeat and referral clients.
We are seeking a motivated Automotive Sales & Leasing Associate who is driven to succeed in a performance-based environment and looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with vehicle leasing, financing, and purchase options
- Develop and maintain a strong client base through leads, referrals, and networking
- Structure and present lease and finance payment options
- Source and locate vehicles through our dealer network
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through delivery
- Provide a professional, concierge-level customer experience
- Utilize CRM and digital platforms to track and manage opportunities

Qualifications
- Automotive sales, leasing, or brokerage experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Valid driver’s license required
