Executive Director
NYATEP (New York’s Workforce Association) is seeking a visionary Executive Director to lead a respected, statewide nonprofit at a pivotal moment of strategic renewal. Based in New York State (flexible location), this high-impact leadership role offers a salary range of $150,000–$200,000 and the opportunity to advance workforce development, education, and economic mobility for over one million New Yorkers through strong partnerships, advocacy, and innovation. Reporting to a dynamic Board of Directors, the Executive Director will drive strategy, expand funding and membership, strengthen operations, and serve as the leading voice for workforce policy and practice across the state. Ideal candidates bring senior leadership experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for building inclusive, future-ready workforce systems.
