Bilingual Construction Workforce Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Bilingual Construction Workforce Coordinator to oversee daily field operations, support employees on job sites, and maintain strong communication between clients and workforce teams. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish , have strong leadership skills, and experience working in construction, industrial, or staffing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support field employees at multiple job sites
• Communicate daily with clients regarding staffing needs, attendance, and performance
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards are met
• Translate and communicate instructions between English-speaking management and Spanish-speaking employees
• Handle employee coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary issues when needed
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and safety training
• Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and job performance
• Ensure workers follow OSHA and company safety guidelines
• Coordinate transportation, scheduling, and workforce coverage as needed
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and field personnel

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written preferred)
• Previous experience in construction, staffing, manufacturing, or field operations management
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to multitask and solve problems in fast-paced environments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• OSHA knowledge is a plus

• Experience managing temporary or skilled labor employees
• Knowledge of construction trades or industrial work environments
• Ability to recruit and retain employees
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
