Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year A bit about us: Boutique real estate firm in NYC! Why join us? Message me for details! Job Details Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law, with a specific focus on landlord/tenant litigation.
4. Extensive knowledge of NYC housing laws and condominium law.
5. Experience representing clients in court proceedings, including in the Supreme Court.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
8. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
9. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and laws.
10. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
