Job Description:
We are seeking a nurturing, patient, and dependable Assistant Infant Teacher to join our team! In this role, youll support the lead teacher in creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment for infants to grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily care and supervision of infants (feeding, diapering, comforting, etc.)
- Support lesson plans and age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
- Build positive relationships with infants, families, and team members
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and licensing requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with infants preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
