Experiential Creative Director NYC or Miami( hybrid)

Our client, an experiential agency, is looking for a full-time Creative Director to join their NYC or Miami-based team! This is a hybrid role (with flexibility based on your schedule) and will be at least 3 days onsite per week.The Creative Director (Experiential) will:-produce creative work across all channels, including experiential / events, print, digital, and video-act as the brand guardian across all accounts, ensuring all work is creatively outstanding and effective, but also adheres to required brand guidelines-pitch ideas / campaigns, and direct the production of creative outputs across all channels-work across the wider agency / client teams, and across multiple accounts-collaborate across all phases of the creative process, from ideation to execution -mentor / guide junior team members, and have the final review of any / all creative workThe Creative Director (Experiential) has:-ideally 8+ years of experience in creative, preferably from an experiential agency background (open to ad agencies or IHA experience) with a strong, engaging portfolio of work to share-hands-on design skills, and a strong operational creative POV-ability to work onsite with the team in either their NYC or Miami locationIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
